  • Phone Support for Severity 1/Critical concerns from 9 AM to 5 PM GMT, Monday to Friday.

Bluuberry Premium Support comes with Bluuberry's Platinum plan. Premium Support provides industry-leading services and benefits that are designed to ensure your company’s success with Bluuberry. Including:

  • Everything from the Basic Support
  • Technical Center access from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM GMT Monday to Friday, excluding holidays, for non-critical issues.
  • Priority queuing
  • Weekend coverage
